The Gulfstream Park West meet has a
nine-race card on Thursday with first post of 1:15 p.m.
The meet is being run at Calder Casino, under sponsorship of Gulfstream Park.
The feature seventh race is six furlongs
on dirt for two-year-olds. It is a
$75,000 optional claimer with a $34,000 purse.
Basha, a 7 ½ length winner in
his only start, heads the field of seven horses.

the turf is listed as firm.
The chance of rain is just 15
percent during racing hours.
There is a carryover of $12,246 on the
