There was just one winning ticket in the Late Pick 5 at Gulfstream on Thursday, and it paid $15,937.10 for the minimum 50 cent bet.
Meanwhile, there were no tickets with all six winners in the Rainbow 6. So Gulfstream made a consolation payoff to tickets with five of six winners. Each of those tickets received $504.16 on a 20-cent bet.
On Friday, Gulfstream will have a Rainbow 6 carryover of $24,496.02. It will be on races four through nine.
First post is 1:15 p.m. for the nine-race card.
Little Twitch, at 3-2, won Thursday's eighth and final race. She was the only favorite to win in the Late Pick 5/Rainbow 6 sequence.
Both sequences included the fifth race, won by Imperial Cut at 39-1. That was a main reason for there being just one Late Pick 5 ticket with five winners and no Rainbow 6 tickets with six winners.
