Park will have a carryover of $232,716 on its Rainbow 6 on Saturday.
First
post is 12:45 p.m. for a 12-race card. The Rainbow 6 is on races seven through
12, with the sequence starting at 3:54 p.m.
The carryover keeps growing because
Friday was the 16th straight race day without the carryover/jackpot
payoff requirement of just one ticket with the winners of all six Rainbow 6
races.
On
Friday there were 51 tickets with all six
winners. Each received $704.30
The
carryover coming in was $217,246.
Bettors added $64,477 to the Rainbow 6 pool.
Gulfstream took out 20 percent of the day's Rainbow 6 bet. It divided 56 percent among tickets with six winners and put 24 percent into the carryover.
On Friday all six Rainbow 6 winners were at 4-1 or lower, including three favorites.
The Rainbow 6 is a 20-cent per combination only bet, Bettors can use multiple horses in each race and thus have multiple combinations.
