Cold Snack Thirty Wins First GP 2-YO Race

Cold Snack Thirty, at 15-1, beat the 8-5 favorite Animal Quiet by a length in Thursday's fourth race at Gulfstream Park.

It was the first 2-year-old race of this year at Gulfstream.

The colt Cold Snack Thirty ran 4 1/2 furlongs in 52.16 to win the $47,000 maiden special weight race. Oscar Vergera Jr. Rode for trainer Jason McCutcheon.

The race was the first leg of the Rainbow 6.

Bettors wagered $62,803 on the Rainbow 6.  The carryover coming in was $40,061.
